Vision

Vision “One person raised up in the workplace builds up the workplaces of the nations.” Mission We train workers and migrants, in Korea and abroad, as disciples of Christ and workplace missionaries, creating a virtuous cycle of the Gospel in the workplaces of Korea and the nations. Three Directions 1. Partnership with the Nations We serve the overseas churches and communities we have come to know through our vision trips as true partners, praying, sharing, and building God’s kingdom together. 2. Mission at Home We share the Gospel with migrant workers and international students living in Korea, and help them experience a community of faith in this land. 3. Equip & Send Through the College’s training in evangelism, nurture, and discipleship, we raise up one person and send them back to their homeland and workplace to raise up others. Core Values One Person – We invest in each life until it stands firm. Partnership – We walk together as family, not as benefactors. Multiplication – Those who learn become those who teach. Scripture “Therefore go and make disciples of all nations…” (Matthew 28:19) “And the things you have heard me say in the presence of many witnesses entrust to reliable people who will also be qualified to teach others.” (2 Timothy 2:2)
